This is most of our smartjacks.....yes that is alot of T1's. Some are the ISP's backbone circuits, some are the teleco's incoming trunks, some are the co-located ISP's circuits.

This is a shot of some of our co-location space. The telephone company sells circuits to them and charges them for space.
