Saved yeast from an APA.  Those of you who work with yeast under a flame, quit reading.  I dipped a sanitized table spoon in and dished some out into the fermenter.

Racking to secondary.  Primary was a ~2 gallon container that used to hold pretzel sticks.  Secondary is a 1 gallon apple juice container.

I bought an air chuck from autozone and screwed it onto the corny gas adapter from crankandstein.com  You hook the adapter right up the gas quick disconnect that would normally be on a keg.  Works great.
